ASCO™ Series 200 Solenoid Operators (NEMA types, CSA)

The ASCO Series 200 is the same RedHat II molded epoxy solenoid operator used on general purpose ASCO valves. It is available in four standard wattages, AC or DC.

ASCO™ Series E909 Electronic Valve Controller

The ASCO Series E909 is designed to control up to 48 solenoid valves in a dust collector system. Its on-board microprocessor has high immunity to external interference and automatically detects the number of valves in the system.

ASCO V022 Series Flow Control Valves

The ASCO Series V022 line of adjustable flow control valves that provide greater capacity than most constructions. A spring-loaded disc allows free flow in one direction and an adjustable flow in the other. The valves are suitable for automotive, press room and stamping, bottling, refining, and tire manufacturing applications.

ASCO 881 Series Connectors

The ASCO Series 881 is line of spade connectors, sizes 22 and 30, to fit standardised three-pin moulded coils. The connectors are available in three versions: standard rotatable model, standard rotatable model with integrated visual LED indicator and electrical protection, and model with non-rotatable, 3-core moulded-in cable.

ASCO V043 Series Quick-Exhaust, Shuttle Valves

The ASCO Series V043 family of valves that can be used for quick-exhaust or shuttle applications. The compact, three-ported valves have oversized orifices for quick exhaust of cylinders, brakes, actuators, and clutches. The valves high flow rates allow use of smaller pipe lines and control components. When used as a shuttle valve, high pressure from the two inlets exits through the common outlet.

The ASCO Series 016 solenoid operator is the same highly reliable RedHat II molded epoxy solenoid operator used on ASCO’s general purpose valves. Models are rated at 6.1 W and 9.1 W.

The ASCO Series 357 tank system is designed for use in dust collector applications requiring high flow capacity. The immersion tank system is made of steel with welded end covers, and has CE approval according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

ASCO Numatics 603 Series Proportional Valve Control Electronics

The ASCO Numatics ControlD is a stand-alone control device used for open-loop, closed-loop, or dual-loop (cascaded) process control. It is designed to control proportional valves by regulating the current to the valve´s solenoid coil. Control loop parameters can be customized for an application using DigiCom software (included). The device is suitable for the control of flow, pressure, temperature, and force.
