AVENTICS™ Series ST4-2P Magnetic proximity sensors

The AVENTICS Series ST4-2P sensors make it possible to measure any two switching points in a 50 mm range using just one sensor in a 4 mm C-slot. As a result, there is no need to install a second sensor, making the process easier, faster and more precise. Assembly and cabling effort are also halved. A serial interface is provided for diagnosis and configuration.

AVENTICS™ Series ST6 Magnetic proximity sensors

The AVENTICS Series ST6 sensors are suitable for mounting in the 6 mm T-slot as well as sensor mounting to the cylinder. They are suited for mounting to all AVENTICS round cylinders, tie rod cylinders, and profile cylinders. AVENTICS™ Series ST9 Magnetic proximity sensors

The AVENTICS Series ST9 sensors are specifically developed for short-stroke cylinders and offer a lean design and practical handling. They slide easily into the 9 mm dovetail nut and can be securely fastened with a single screw. Especially with extremely short cylinders, the electrical connection located at the side of the housing enables easy tightening and removal of the lines.

AVENTICS™ Series SP1 Pneumatic proximity sensors

AVENTICS Series SP1 proximity pneumatic sensors can be mounted in any orientation. The active switching surface of the pneumatic proximity sensor is marked to assist with the setup and successful operation of the device. A positive switched output is identifiable via a pop-up indicator sited on top of the switch.

AVENTICS™ Series SM6 Distance measuring sensors

The AVENTICS Series SM6 are analog distance measuring sensors, which ensure a continuous detection of the piston movements in measuring ranges from 32 mm up to 256 mm. A control element on the sensor allows for setting of the zero point and variable selection of the distance measurement range. The compact sensors are also easy to mount – either directly in the cylinder slot or to the profile using clamp mountings.

AVENTICS™ Series SM6-AL Distance measuring sensors

The AVENTICS Series SM6-AL are analog distance measuring sensors, which ensure a continuous detection of the piston movements in measuring ranges from 107 mm up to 1007 mm. A control element on the sensor allows for setting of the zero point and variable selection of the distance measurement range.

AVENTICS™ Series MS01 Pneumatic position monitoring

The AVENTICS Series MS01 is a pneumatic position monitoring that can be integrated into every machine controller as a block solution with the CD01 valve system, which means minimal assembly and installation effort for the user. The measuring system can be mounted on a plastic base plate with a push-in fitting or an aluminium base plate with thread connection.

TopWorx™ GO™ Switch 7LY Dual Proximity Sensor

TopWorx™ 7LY is a dual proximity sensor featuring bright dual LED domes – visible from long distances. It is easily adaptable to NPN or PNP circuits and it can be wired as a Normally Open (Form A), Normally Closed (Form B) or Normally Open/Normally Closed (Form C). The 7LY offers higher durability to physically abusive environments and has a pressure rating (sensing face) of up to 140 bar (2000 psi).

TopWorx™ GO™ Switch 52M

TopWorx™ 52M is a low profile, dry contact, proximity sensor with a 316L sensing face in an industry standard 12mm package. The 52M does not require power to operate and is polarity insensitive with zero need to specify NPN or PNP circuits and maintains the ability to be a plug-and-play replacement for inductive proximity sensors. Also, the 52M can handle a wide current range from 5mA to 2A @ 24VDC and a wide temperature range from -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C).
